What are some healthy foods I can buy tomorrow?

I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow and I need some ideas for healthy snacks.

  1. Fresh peaches and pears are delicious. I just bought some this week. If you want, snack on carrots with hummus or something like that. Fresh mozzarella is nice to snack on too. It's healthy and a great source of dairy. Unsalted and low or no buttered popcorn is really healthy too. And things like pinto beans and chick peas are a great source of protein and taste delicious :)


  2. Yogurt, nuts, fruits, dried fruits, cheese, veggies like carrot sticks or things to dip, raisins, beef jerky. Be sure to look at packages. When raising my children a silly sounding but true fact, the more syllables an ingredient has the worse it is for you. Things with refined sugar are not very good. I also tried not to buy things with food coloring, red and blue dyes etc.

  4. Fresh fruit and veggies are always the best choice. Fruit juice, tea and water are healthy foods, too.
