  1. eat some raw nuts daily


  2. i heard that cinnomon is good for you.. and it tastes delicious!! sprinkle some of that on your food

  3. instead of hot chips, make your own.. cut a potato into wedges, spray with ex virgin olive oil and bake for 40 mins, turning once(they taste great and you dont get the gross greasy feel afterwards, Pine nuts in salads is good too, avo to sandwitches.. you can add heaps of healthy things to a sandwitch. if you eat omlettes, try adding things like capsicum, etc
