  1. pasta, avocado, nuts

  2. Hi! I eat fish for protein and lots and lots of food with carbohydrates. They are actually the best group of food there is. I like eating bread and pasta. Also, increase your liquid intake - juices, fruit shakes or water!

Here's another quick tip: Increase the number of times you eat in a day with small helpings instead of just increasing your food intake. Example: Eat 5x a day in small parts instead of eating just 3 times a day in huge servings.

  3. Here are some. I got it off the internet. haha.

    1. Diet Soda

    2. Pretzels

    3. Fruit Juices

    4. Complete Salad Kits

    5. Reduced-Fat Peanut Butter

    6. Poultry Hot Dogs

    7. Cereal Bars

    8. Frozen Yogurt

    9. Rice Cakes

    10. Granola

  4. Dark chocolate is good for you.

Wine is good for your heart.

Egg (although I hate this food) is extremely good for you.

  5. Any food that is high in calories and low in saturated fats will fit the bill.  Many nuts such as pecans, walnuts, and the ordinary peanut (baked, not fried) are good candidates.  A good bowlful is easy to put down because they are yummy and especially heathy.  You can read up on the health benefits of walnuts and pecans on Wikipedia.

Also keep in mind that fortied carbs such as enriched pasta, rice, and breads, are good to put on weight as they are soon converted to fat from complex carbs rather then having to be broken down as protein.

  6. nuts, cheese, yogurt (try the creamy one)

  7. usually high protein foods help gain weight.

try stuff high in soy protein/ protein bar type things

if you really want there are protein shake mixes that are just pure protein

  8. Plenty of fattening nuts will help.  They are rich in potassium, magnesium, iron and zinc and they contain unsaturated fats that are good fats and increase your good cholesterol (HDL), lower your bad cholesterol (LDL) and lower your overall cholesterol.

  9. peanutbutter and sliced banana on wheat. lots of nuts, you can bake some pumpkin seeds, etc. go to nutritiondata and search for foods high in calories that you know are healthy. i think pasta does the trick too.
