  1. Refried beans. Don't let the 'fried' bit put you off. They are 0.2g of fat per 100g. They are great mashed in with potatoes or on toast or a fajitta.


  2. Low fat/cal

    Couscous or quinoa with beans (such as black or kidney). You Tempeh and stir fry it with vegetables.

    A lettuce/veggie wrap.

    A simple salad.

    Grilled or steamed veggies with seasonings.

    Ratatouille.

    Simple soup.

    Whole grain pita bread with lettuce, tomato, and hummus.

    Oatmeal with fruit.

    Fruit salad.

    Baked or broiled tofu or tempeh.

  4. Ratatullie, yes it´s sounds like rat and patutty, but it´s all veggies, how many calories could it have? no more than 200.

    salads are good, tomato and cucumber sandwiches. . .hum. . .all veggie stir fry. meals that are all veggies usually are low cal

  5. I recently went to Panera and had the "Strawberry Poppyseed" salad. It only has 90 calories, and has all of the following in it:

    Crisp romaine lettuce, fresh strawberries, blueberries, pineapple tidbits, Mandarin oranges, pecans and our fat-free reduced sugar Poppyseed dressing.

    Plus, it comes with a side of bread, chips, or an apple.

    I always choose the apple because it is the healthiest option because its packed with fiber and vitamins, but choose whatever you like.

    They also have low-sodium vegetarian soups.

  7. Celery sticks with peanut butter! Or any fruit with peanut butter, really, but celery with 2 tablespoons of PB is only 190 calories! Boca meat is also usually low in calories. They have burgers that go from 70-100 calories.
