Question:

What are some healthy lunch ideas that can be stored in my work fridge?

So I am horrible at remembering to bring my lunch to work and then usually end up eating something unhealthy. I figured if I could already have my lunch waiting for me in the (shared) office fridge that would make things a lot easier. Problem is since it's shared, i need to be conscious of the space I use. Freezer space is easier to come by. Oh, and we have a microwave and a toaster oven to cook things with, but I only have about 5 mins of cooking time available.

Other than Lean Cuisine meals (and similar things) what other ideas are there?

  3. I try to leave a can of soup & jar of peanut butter in a drawer for days when I forget my lunch. Not great but beats going hungry.
