Question:

What are some healthy meals that would fit my liking?

I am a vegetarian. No meat, fish or poultry. I do not eat eggs or drink milk, though I am ok with it in other foods I eat. I do not eat beans (unless you count green beans) and I wanna lose lotsa weight fast. Please help me this is so oimportant. By the way I do cook stove or microwave so it can be something like that but NO TOFU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Geez that doesn't leave much.  Everything vegan has beans.  Beans is the alternative for protein.  I used to eat a lot of pasta when I was a vegetarian.   Does pasta have dairy?

    why would you have weight to lose in the first place and that is really a preference of yours now isn't it?

    microwave food has no mineral or vitamin element at all.

    what other foods are we querying about that you'd possibly have any acceptability with in general?

    please start this query over again,  more coherent this time.

    if you're a vegetarian then thus go to the strict vegetarian diet.... that simple.

    fresh produce only instead of the processed foods.
