  1. drink water and eat an apple that's healthy :)

  2. ummm...bananas...are always good. And Peanut butter gives you protein and is always yummy. Yogurt is really good. And like cheese and crackers. you can also try bars...like Cliff Bars. or protein bars/energy bars...they taste good and help keep you active. But whatever you do dont forget to drink plenty of water and milk. Milk will help your bones and the water will help everything. I used to bring cheeze its or a half of a sandwhich....but dont overeat. Otherwise you will get cramps...Give yourself at the least, 10-15 minutes of digestion time.

  3. Simple carbohydrates, no protein or fat

  4. Try trail mix if you don't have much time. Just be sure to get the kind that has dried fruit as well as nuts.

If you have time, try a banana with some peanut butter and white popcorn (Trader Joes has a good kind thats very healthy.) Its a tasty and nutritious snack.

  5. usually fruit like an apple or orange is good. also trail mix or fruit snacks. I swim too so not a lot of food otherwise you will feel really sick. Has happened to me. Power bars are good too. they have a lot of calories but are packed with vitamins and minerals. Plus who will burn off the calories in practice anyways.

  6. fruit or energy bars
