I'm starting to do weights and ive st oped eating takeaway fatty foods.im eating healthy for my main meals to get my protein but I'm having trouble when i get a little hungry in between meals and dont know what little things i can eat that has protein and not to much carbsi need to know what things that i would have in the house i can eat so i dont have to go out and spend ill my money on protien bars and stuffthanks
