  1. Raw Crunchy Vegetables help a lot! The crunch really does it for me!

I dip these raw crunchy vegetables in tomato paste or olive tapenade or dijion mustard - yum, and since vegetables are super low calorie and healthy, you can eat a lot for a little calories!

  2. For protein and hungry curbing, go with peanuts. Unsalted peanuts with their shells still on. It serves a dual purpose.

    1. Peanuts with the shells won't have any added salts or oils.

    2. You have to work at taking the shells off, so it slows down your eating. A handful or two will usually curb hunger enough to hold you off til the next meal.

If you're allergic to peanuts, or you don't like them, eat a banana.

Another alternative is a handful of grapes and a bit of cheese. Soft cheeses, like brie, go great, in moderation of course.

  3. the best thing is fruit or healthy seeds such as sunflower seeds just grab a handfull of these inbetween meals. u may also find ur not eating enough on your main meals

  4. We have cottage cheese and fruit and you can always have fresh veggies and some dip you have made up yourself. we also have low fat cheese and crackers like Milton's. Those are very tasty.

  5. fruit alone, bananas, aples , oranges, etc and alot of water to crave your hunger

  6. fruit, saltines w/ peanut butter, make some sandwiches cut them in half and zip bag them

ok wait you are looking for low carbs.

get a package of those big tortillas, lay a spread(your choice) lay meat and lettuce, roll, put toothpicks through roll in a line, cut between toothpicks a nice size.  now you have a low carb "sandwich"

next time experiment, different meat different spread.

  7. Nuts! They're great for protein, just keep your portion small as they are quite fatty.

I don't know about the carb/protein bit so much for this one, but popcorn is also a good snack with pleny of fiber. Pop your own or buy smartfood or other low-fat versions.

You really can't go wrong with fruits and veggies either. I used to make up snack-packs with celery and carrot sticks, or cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Take little baggies or plastic storage containers and pack up a few of each veggie, then they're quick and easy to grab and go. You could do the same with the nuts, that way you don't overindulge.

    Hope this helps, good luck!
