  3. The best thing to do is order any of the kids meals.  They offer better side selections like fruit and yogurt.  Plus they are smaller.

  9. The McDonald's Grilled Chicken sandwich actually has more calories than a Quarter Pounder. They have a decent salad.

    I'm not sure about Burger King, you could see if they have a salad.

    Wendy's has a good baked potato, and I have heard their salads are good too.

    Arby's Market Fresh Turkey (or Chicken salad) Sandwich or salad is pretty good. The bread is really fattening though, you could try the wrap.

    Just be careful what dressing's you get for your salad, the Ranch has a ton of fat. It would almost be better to get a small hamburger.

  11. Go for the wraps, with grilled chicken.  Get a salad instead of fries.  Get the juice or milk instead of the pop.  I do the same as you... look over the healthy options when I'm there.

  12. Stick with GRILLED chicken, salads or NOT FRIED FOODS. That means no fried burgers, french fries, ice cream, shakes or onion rings. It is hard but they do have healthy food at fast food places. Just do not be nervous to ask. A good one is at Burger King ask for a Grilled Chicken Sandwich dressed like a Whopper. Easy stuff!

  13. If you look up how many calories stupid salad wraps and salads are it is still bad.  Whatever you get at a fast food place it will be fattening.  So if you get fast food you should eat something fatning and treat yourself.

  14. Salads, Regular  or Grilled chicken salads with little dressing.  Grilled chicken sandwich.  Baked Potato with little butter.  Chilli Beans.  Hope this helps.....

  15. Probably the paper the stuff comes wrapped in is what is least sickening.  Honestly, everything is so filled with fat, sugar and salt.

    Why not go to a decent restaurant and eat something that is fresh and healthy?

    If you stay away from McD's or the others for a few months, you'll get sick the next time you try it.

  16. according to weight watchers, you can eat a single cheeseburger and small fries and it will be ok... just not every single day... in moderation... if you are interested in weight watchers go to Dotti's weight loss zone and click on restaurants... it has a list of what is health and what should be avoided.  happy eating :) :)
