I'm not picky so name whatever you can. I forgot to pack myself something to have for lunch today and had to end up eating at a fast food place so I decided to take the lesser evil and go with subway. However after looking at the nutrition menu on the site it looks like my 6 in tuna sandwich ended up being over 500 calories. (the sandwich alone I only had water with it) So what do other fast food places offer that's something healthier, just in case I get in this situation again?I'm not a total health nut but I am trying to get in shape and I hate it when I have a hang up like this. lol
