  1. Herb tea "Tension Tamer" for my anxiety

    .. . ..

    Is what I take

    .. .. ..

    ------------ along with ----------------

"White tea" -- for over all health of the male body and

"Sleepy Time" -- tea to help me get to sleep

    .. ..

  2. The herbal formula I use that works great is called Panicyl.  I do not get tired and it allows me to get through my day without worry or anxiety any more. I recommend it.  But don't forget to learn how to manage your anxiety with cognitive techniques such as breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, visualization. etc.  This is a key element to your recovery along with the herbs.  :)  Hope this helps!

  3. I don't know about herbs, but getting a good amount of sleep and excercise is what I rely on the most to keep my head feeling clear and untroubled.

  4. Vitamin B is supposed to be very good for anxiety I have heard, also you might want to try to take fish oil capsules too, those are really good for you.  I've had anxiety problems for a long time and those are the only things I know of besides staying away from caffiene and other stimulants.  Exercise is really good for it too. good luck

  5. lavender tea, they wirk for me and my mom, and excercise daily, go for a run or something makes u sleep better. =]

  6. I used to suffer from severe anxiety and one day I ran into this book at a garage sale called "attacking anxiety" by lucinda basset. This book along with the use of 5HTP (available at any grocery store that carries vitamins walmart, walgreens etc) has changed my life, I have been anxiety free for over 3 years now, I was even able to take a plane to go on vacation which back thenwould have been unheard of. 5HTP really works, there are no side effects (it naturally raises the seratonin levels in your brain) making you feel a whole lot better, the best thing is you could take it today and it would work and you could discontinue it tommorow and you wouldn't have any withdrawl symptoms like prescribed meds. Check it out, its worth it.

  7. Cutting caffeine and sugar will help, but there is so much more you could do. Some of the most popular natural products for stress (that shouldn't put you to sleep) are GABA, L-Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea, and 5-HTP. Also, some people just drink tea to help them relax, but that could be either a mental effect or an effect of the herbs in the tea (depending on what herbs are in it, of course). Good luck!
