What are some high school volunteer activities.?

I was wondering if I could volunteer/intern for the republican party.Any thoughts or suggestions.

Depending where you from rather on the united states area or other country you can work a VA hospitals (veterans hospital) for veterans. You can also volunteer in hotels theaters cleaning the park. Picking up garbage as well as going to retirement homes for the elderly. Or you can be a dean in your high school and guard the hall ways in your class with simple trainings that last for about a month 6 weeks the maximum.

I was a senior on high school in new york city and i was subject to volunteer to work at the hospital on my choosing. you can rather work at the ER, the lab to bring some blood work from places at the hospital or at the psychiatric or cashier or the bank on those VA hospitals or canteens ( cashiers/store).

Gaining these volunteer work gives you much experience when find a job rather its a hospital cleaning the park or else where not far from your home location.

When i used to work at the veterans i used to take blood to the lab take patience to their rooms when they get admitted and bring food for them from the lunch room from the cafeteria. I also used to work with the medical doctors and observe what they do when a person comes injured or with asthma or with symptoms of tuberculosis. We volunteers take part on helping others and to gain experience so that later when you finish either high school or college you have the experience so that it wont be so hard for you.

But if you wanna volunteer for the republicans party then theres several steps you must take in order to become part of a group such as gaining information and depending where u are on the states.

You can either run your own group or ask teacher or principal to help you with any group from 2 parties. The principle can help you with such task however you will probably need a whole lot of support from school and other places like major office or the senates help which is rare.

The teachers in school can help you but it can take several days to go through after all republicans got the call but so far Democrats got the advantage that what i heard for the least.

well i dont know of any political jobs but like can't you do easy stuff like volunteer at a local nursing home or school or something like that

Contact your local Republican Party office or a local political person like your state legislators.   They would very willingly put you to work as a volunteer although if you are under 18 years of age, there would be limits on what you can do.

If you want to intern, contact your state representative or senator.  Many state legislatures use interns during their legislative sessions, but the interns must be appointed by a member of the state legislature.
