  1. rope jumping, running, swimming, bicycling, etc. All of those things would be useless if you don't eat healthy meals though; oat meals for breakfast would be a good start because they help you to stay full longer throughout the day! good luck!

  3. Jogging would be the best for your heart and for an over-all body aerobic exercise activity.  Cycling comes second.

    At least that is what a cardiologist told me recently.
