What are some home items i can use to get rid of my acne besides getting products like proactiv?

i have a little bit of acne and i need it to be gone by next week for school please get back to me by tonight thanksssss(:

crush up about 5-6 apsirin (acetaminophen) tablets and add a couple drops of water, a drop of honey and put it on your face. leave it on for about 20 minutes and it will get rid of some of the redness.
