What are some home remedies or cures for a pinched nerve in my leg?

I've tried stretching, walking it out an tylenol but nothing works, it also swells around my upper leg, thigh area. I've also been to the doctor and all they told me was that it wasn't a blood clot pff! Any help with do thnks in advance!!

there really is no home cure for this, the cure would be to relieve the pressure on the nerve. depending on where and why the nerve is pinched will determine how to relieve the pressure. If it is misalignment of the spine, adjustments by a chiropractor can relieve the pressure on the nerve, if it is due to something like spinal stenosis then surgery is usually the treatment option for that.
