What are some house hold materials that could be used to help stop a heroin overdose?

In seriousness if someone is dying right there in front of you; how would one go about saving their life?

The only household material I can think of to help during that, would be the phone.  To call 911.

2) artificial respirations

Counteracting a heroin OD requires Narcan, a prescription med. It literally "knocks" the heroin off the chemical receptors in the brain.

Neat stuff. I've had patients got from being blue & not breathing to "No, officer, I don't do drugs." in 3 - 4 minutes.
