Here are some household things you can do. Bathe your cut with some salt dissolved in water to clean it.

To help it heal either just cover with a loose cotton weave dressing if it is not large or use some aloe plant rubbed on or vitamin e oil - you can get this easily by puncturing a capsule and put some on. Or  a good medical application is to use an iodine type lotion - in Australia is called betadine

Break open an egg and peel the skin off the inside of the shell.

Put it on your cut.
