  1. bar staff should wash hands regulary and after visiting the toilet, smoking or eating. avoid coughing or sneezing without covering mouth. they should also be aware of how much perfume and deoderant they are wearing as it can get into drinks, but also make sure they are and smell clean.


  2. Bar staff should, of course, take the same precautionary methods used in any restaurant- wash hands often, wash when leaving bathroom, etc. But some things may get overlooked. They should use gloves when washing out dishes prior to dishwasher( patrons could have AIDS or other diseases that could pass through if  the bartender had a scratch or sore) as well as when they are cleaning up rooms such as bathrooms.

    Also even when you are busy attempt to wear a clean apron - it really bugs me to see dirty aprons.

  3. i think bar staff should be aware of their under arms..by making sure they put enuff deodorant on..becuz they constantly reach over yr drinks...and also gloves if they're doing other things than serving drinks!!
