My sister is turning 18.I need some ideas on how I can give her a surprise birthday party.shes 4 months pregnant,and she wants to dance.any suggestions?

it should be a bash since her parting days are basically over @ age 18, DJ ,strippers (men & women) costumes a cookout or pot luck just good food an fun.

If you or any of your friends have a nice, big house.......have it there. A huge cookout w/ all her friends. Have a DJ there too. The stripper is a FUN idea too!

Well, a good idea would be to hire me and have me strip for her! Then you could probably have some loud music and good food!
