You could also volunteer your time at childrens hospitals, or help local activity centers repaint play ground equipment. You could also ask your local DARE office if they need any help or volunteers.

Fire Dept/rescue squad, to help them wash the trucks or clean up whatever help they need

picking up trash off the sides of the road

checking with businesses to see if they would let you clean their windows, floors, etc.

yard/house work for the elderly who is unable to do so anymore

there are lots things; just cant think of all at one time
