What are some ideas for healthy snacks?

I'd like an idea for some good-tasting, healthy snacks, preferably with minimal or no sugar. This is for adult snacks, not necessarily geared toward children.

  2. apples or celery with peanut butter

    granola bar

    crackers with cheese, tuna, turkey, or ham


  3. apples with cinnamon on them

    ants on a log (celery with peanut butter and raisins on it)

    grapes/oranges with a little sugar

    sun chips(made with whole grain and sunflower oil)

    vitamin water


  4. fresh baby carrots, broccoli, celery, cherry tomatoes, with vegetable dip or spinach dip.

    Fresh Fruit Salad

    Sun Chips or Chex mix

    Cashews, almonds, walnuts, pecans, and raisins.

    Bananas

    Granola bars

    Craisins

  5. popcorn - carrot sticks-brocolli flowerettes or even a hard boiled egg

  6. Just about any raw fruit or veggie, air popped popcorn, whole grain crackers or chips, real jerky (not the chopped and pressed kind)

  7. Peanut butter on celery stick, pretzels, fruits, yogurt, cereals with skim milk...
