  1. absinthe today doesn't have the wormwood factor, that's why it's legal

  2. All of them if your under the legal drinking age.

  3. There are no illegal alcoholic drinks in the USA as long as you are of age. Unless you make your own unsanitary home made brews and sell it to the public or you mix your drinks with cocaine r sumtin lol

  4. Absinth is illegal in the states, due to its production thru wormwood ( a mild hallucinogen and proven health hazards).  Everclear is illegal in some states, due to its extremely high alcohol content (190 proof-95%). In most states, unlicensed moonshine is illegal to sell but not illegal to consume.

  5. illegal is a sick bird :)

  6. FYI...as far as Absinthe,  It's not illegal to possess or consume in the U.S.  It was illegal for a LONG time but now  legal as of last year.

  7. absinthe.

  8. Absinthe isn't illegal anymore (in most states, at least). But the absinthe also isn't made with wormwood anymore (not the stuff here anyway). It's not green anymore either, and you won't have the hallucinations when you drink it. You may be able to find the original absinthe overseas with the green color (caused by the wormwood production) that will let you hallucinate your little heart out. . . .

If you've ever seen Moulin Rouge, the stuff they drink towards the beginning is absinthe. It's also widely believed that artists like Vincent van Gogh liked to drink absinthe. . . which would certainly explain a lot. . . .

  9. I think absinthe is still illegal in most states, isn't it?

  10. Absinthe is illegal in the United States.  It can cause hallucinations.
