One of faves which completely sets up Tybalt's character: "Peace?  I hate the word, as I hate h**l, all Monatgues, and thee."

Also:

"If love be rough with you, be rough with love;

Prick love for pricking, and you beat love down."  Mercutio, again setting up his views against Romeo's nicely.

"Did my heart love till now? Forswear it, sight!/ For I ne'er saw true beauty till this night." -Romeo, on seeing Juliet the first time.

And I won't quote the whole thing, but look at the exchange between Romeo and Juliet when they first meet.  It's a very nice little sonnet, and shows just how smooth Romeo is!
