What are some important student uprisings that changed the history of a country throughout the world?

like cuba, and france but ones that were a lot more definitive...I know japan had some but if someone could show ones that were important to a country's histroy that would be great!!!!

  1. Czech students were the ones who drove the overthrow of the Soviet government in then-Czechoslovakia in 1989.

  4. Kent State didn't "Change" anything.

    The "so-called" students in Iran changed the world quite a bit by giving birth to the Moslem Terrorist movement in a way that it hadn't been before.  There had been the Terror murders of innocent women and children, but never a real "act of war".   Of course, a Cowardly President in Washington let this go unresponded to for over 400 days which empowered, and enabled much larger and more deadly activity for decades... including the 3000 murders on 9/11.

    That is the only successful one in modern time that actually changed something or really made a lasting difference.
