  1. WOW!!! There's millions. If you're really serious about basketball I would go to a basketball camp called POINT GUARD COLLEGE!!!

    Ball handling:

    1.   dribble with 2 balls (one in each hand at the same time).

    2.   the tennis ball work out: go to pointguardcollege.com and e-mail coach tyler and ask him if he can explain the parts of the tennis ball work out. its the BEST drill for ball handling.

P.S. : Point Guard College will change your basketball life, I PROMISE!!! its the only useful camp i've ever been to.

  2. Work on ball rotation. Shoot the ball straight into the air without the hoop and make sure the ball is spinning with perfect rotation, then take it and do it with a hoop involved. Also dribble 2 balls at one time to work on ball control. Work on post moves by spinning the ball backwards to you with your back to the hoop and act like you have someone on your back then work on different moves.

  3. what you could do is just simple dribbling drills such as continuously dribble with left hand then right then between the legs and etc. Then you could practice shooting by shooting the ball straight up into the air practicing arm formation and power. then you could also practice shooting and rebounding by shooting the ball with one hand practicing arm formation and stuff then jump and get the rebound and keep doing that over and over again. then you could practice defense by finding a wall lean up against it and stand in your defensive stance, it hurts but it really helps.
