  1. You jest. Nothing in NYC is inexpensive.


  2. In all honesty; you should try JayZ 40/40 club in NY. They have really nice lounges & private lounge areas for rent.

    FYI: Everything is pricey in NYC. You may want to check into the outskirts of NY & NJ

  3. your best bet is to go to a place that normally caters to business happy-hour crowd, they usually have NO business on weekends.  good luck

  4. Check out the W Hotel in Times Square. They have a nice lounge.

    Also, I think it's called the Time Hotel. I attended an engagement party there last year.
