What are some informative books/websites on immigration to Ireland?

I am an 18-year-old American who wants to move to Ireland to go to school. I have no strings tying me down in the states but I don't know where to start looking for information on what Ireland requires me to do before I can live there. What are some good books or websites to start my research with?

    It's open Open 2pm to 4.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays,, Thursdays and Fridays but it's closed on Wednesdays.
