What are some interesting activites and ideas for a Thespian Troupe?

I am Vice President of my troupe and I have no idea where to start. I need interesting ideas for this coming year.

Wow!  Congrats on getting to be the Vice President of such a prestigious group!  I'm actually President for our school troupe next year, so I'll share some ideas with you.....Since our last president was really loved by the whole troupe, we've promised to watch all the plays he's doing next year at his college.  If your troupe knows someone in another town who's doing plays, it's a great activity to get more exposure to theatre and to also see them again.  Another idea I had was to take portions of different plays that our troupe is doing throughout the year and perform them at elderly homes and hospitals.  Hope this helps, and hope you have an amazing next year!
