  1. My favourite is a hamburger made with Mushrooms

What you do is slice the mushrooms thinly then cook in a fry-pan till they collapse,

    Cool down a bit

squish the mushrooms together to make the patty

    cover in plan flour,

cool again till they are set about 2-3 hours in fridge

    fry like normal hamburger patties

Nevertheless, if the current uptrend is continue (and other factors remain unchanged), 43.2% of world population  will be vegetarians by the year 2019. (Even some survey & researches predicted the figure would be much higher)

  8. u cood sautee some zuccini, squash, mushrooms, and cucumber in olive oil

  9. Well I am just in the process of making baked jacket potatoes.

When they are ready I will top them with mashed avocado and mashed sweet potato (instead of butter)

Then top them with mushrooms, tomatoes and brussel sprouts, which have been lightly sautéed with a touch of caramelised balsamic vinegar.

I really love consuming just vegetables as stews, casseroles, soups, salads, sushi vegetable roll ups, lettuce “sandwich” roll ups and bakes - using tomatoes in the bakes instead of cheese.

I also love consuming just vegetables as baked, roasted, marinated, mashed, steamed, grilled, sautéed, raw, poached and tempura style.

  10. I like diced butternut pumpkin and sweet potato roasted with fresh basil leaves, kalamata olives and sundried tomatoes and drizzled with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.

If you want to you can add ricotta cheese and bake it into a tart pastry, but not necessary.

I also love brussel sprouts cooked with macadamia nuts in garlic and butter. Just before serving squeeze lemon juice over and add salt and pepper.
