But I have thought of something for you:

what about the effect of temperature in the reproduction of frogs? I am not sure if no one have ever made this but I am sure it is helpful to explain why countries differ in the number of frogs.

Economically, many countries are now worrying of over population of frogs because it destroys some fields. Maybe your experiment/ project can help those countries.
