What is the point of having NAFTA if United States industries continue to hold the treaty in contempt by launching regular assaults upon Canadian and Mexican industries which are obeying the laws of their respective countries and the rulings of the NAFTA dispute panel?

Should NAFTA be expanded in design to become more like a European Union-style supranational organization, rather than simply a trade bloc?

What's the point of having a North American trading bloc if everything coming into North America is made in China anyways? For the love of God, even the Mexicans are being put out of business by China.
