operations - they're the guys that decide what planes are going to what destinations - whey they're going to cancel a flight - delay flights - combine flights - schedule crews etc...........

What about concierge? I know it won't involve business, but you will certainly use your languages, get to work in an airport (probably the lounges) and get all the peaks from working for an airline.
