What are some jobs that young teens can do in a neighborhood?

Nothing online, and no paper routes. I'm too young to get a real job in my area, and want to stay in my neighborhood by doing jobs for neighbors. Any creative ideas (other than babysitting/mowing lawns, etc.)?

How about pet sitting? Easy money as you only need to spend a few minutes each day feeding and caring for your neighbors' pets. People will pay as much for you caring for their pet as for babysitting.

i was offered to be a lifeguard you have to be 16 and you go to training in training you get paid 7.50 the hour then if you pass you ask what beach you want to go you get paid 13 the hour first year,second year 15 and the third year 17
