I want to move to a smaller agricultural town. What are some jobs I could do?

What kind of job do you want to do?

I used to live in a very small town (500 people). The only jobs there were at a public pool, a gas station, the post office, restaurants, and on ranches, farms, and orchards. A lot of people there had jobs as general contractors, or owned their own businesses.

In the larger town nearby (50,000 people) the majority of jobs were in retail and at factories. With your degree, you may have been able to get a job at one of the industrial factories, something like sales or human resources. But would you want to? Most people who lived there commuted an hour away to a city with lots of jobs.
