Hi, i heard kickboxing was the best way of toning up.

Anybody who kickboxes, please can you explain some basic moves that will tone the abs mostly? I don't want to have lessons and am prepared to work at it myself, thanx x*x

  1. Ive done kickboxing for 7yrs and muay thai for 3. yeqah theyre great ways of toning up. here's a few clips of the best ab exercises and also of some muay thai and kickboxing moves to burn off fat to get ur body fat percentage low enough to see ur abs and hav a flat stomach

    id recommend spending 45mins 3 times a wk doing these moves on a bag remembering to warm up b4 doing them. always make sure u START to sweat half way through. that way u know ur pushing urself hard enough. do the ab exercises 4 times a wk

    leg raises can be done without equipment just on the floor or on ur bed

  2. Kicking will really help your lower abs, but not so much your uppers.

  3. The best thing for your abs is getting out and running. Try running longer then 45 mins. Cardio Kickboxing is good for toning but your abs? Maybe doing some knees and and throwing some kicks would help. I still would recommend the good old fashion running.
