  1. 1. Congress passes the Eunmerated Powers Act. It requires them to specify under which part of the Constitution, they are granted the power to take an action.

    2. Beheading corrupt or inept Veterans Administration Officials.

    3. Print ballots in English only. In order to be a citizen and be eligible to vote, a person must have command of the english language. If someone has grown up in this country, they have learned English in school. No more excuses.

    4. Pass the FairTax and get rid of the I.R.S. If you don't understand, google it.

    5. Add the words "We mean it, d**n it" to the end of each of the first ten Amendments to the Constitution of the United States.

  2. I'd love to see a Constitutional amendment mandating that members of Congress must work 200 days out of the year, but that's born mostly from my annoyance with Congress' inefficiency.  I have no guarantee that they'd actually get more done, but I'd feel a lot better knowing that they had to be present at work like the rest of us to draw the paycheck we fund.

    It's a thought, anyways.

  3. I get to decide which people are complete morons and put a bullet between their eyes.  Unfortunately, once I shot everyone I would also have to do myself, but just imagine a world where morons and idiots did not exist.

  4. Get rid of Miranda.  10 people and 4 cops witness a murder and the murderer walks because a few words are not said to them?  Repeal roe vs wade.  Enforce the immigration laws we have now.  Declare a real war on drugs.

  5. Rather than more laws, we need less.

Stop governing every little instance of our lives. we do not need a 'Nanny State'. If people want to kill them selves that is there prerogative. Laws should be about keeping people from harming others not about how to live their lives.

One example of laws that are not needed... Smoking!

I hate smoking and smokers, but where they smoke and if they smoke should be up to them and the free market, not the government dictating the conditions.

Banning Obese peole from Fast food establishments is another. this is more socialistic than democratic. Ban them from suing a company for making them fat don't ban them from eating, that is there own issue, if they want to eat there they have been warned.

I can stand it when people abdicate the responsibility of living their lives to the government. Personal responsibility is just that Personal.

  6. Freedom of speech and Bilingual education

  7. Any one who calls names we have the right to hold them down and wash their mouths out with soap

  8. Mandated balanced budget for Federal government based upon the incoming revenues for the previous year, (with ten percent being held toward paying off the National debt). That would limit the Federal government to spending only 90% of the incoming funds from the previous year.

This would provide for absolutely no more debt years unless a severe recession of more than ten percent from the previous year hit the United States.

Mandatory removal from office of any Federal employee convicted of a crime, with no possibility for returning, or acceptance to any other government position.

Complete transparency of campaign finances for all elected officials. That means 100% transparency for every dollar collected. This would make the sources of cash easily traceable, and would cut down on political corruption.

All laws should be required to be written with the explanation focused upon what the Federal government can not do, rather than what they should do. In this way the citizenry are more protected, much like the first ten amendments, or "Bill of Rights" are written.

Congress should be required to post an internet posting of all bills being considered, "categorized" according to the committee from which it was introduced to the floor, and "sub-categorized" according to the topic of the bill. All bills should be introduced to Congress according to these categorizations, not allowing for amendments that are not relevant to the topic or category of the original bill.

In this way all citizens can access the categories of bills being introduced to Congress and stay informed of the topics that are being discussed.

Also, unnecessary pork amendments and additions that have nothing to do with the topic of the bill can not be added just to get their pork passed.

    This is just a start.

  9. a civics test prior to being able to vote. if you think you have a right to vote, i suggest going back to civics class and then we will discuss the merits of this idea.

  10. A law that simply makes it absolutely illegal to pass any more laws.

  11. Legalize Marijuana

-There are 0 reports of deaths caused by marijuana.

    -Marijuana is NOT chemically addictive.

-Marijuana has been used in at least 17 different clinical illnesses.

-Marijuana does not lead to violent crimes.

-Punishment is much worse than the offense.

-Save Money - Money for prohibition, money for those jailed.

-Earn money from taxing marijuana like alcohol and tobacco.

-According to the USDA, 10K acres of hemp yields as much paper as 40k acres of trees.

-Hemp oil is able to be used as fuel.

-It is called a weed due to it's worldwide durability and it's ability to grow and reproduce rapidly.

The facts are everywhere, however, if any needs to be pointed out specifically or anyone wishes to discuss the subject, feel free to email me.
