What sights or activities do you recommended in the South of France--anywhere from Toulouse to Provence?

They need to be accessible without a car.

  1. Things you may not see in the South of France is soap and clean people.  France has the lowest per captia use of soap of all industralized countries.  Now you know why they use so much perfume.

  3. I've vacationed in Monte Carlo several times.  Some of the fun places to visit are:

    Oceanography Museum (I believe Jacques Cousteau was involved in putting together the aquatic collections)

    Cathedral de Monaco

    Exotic Gardens--beautiful to walk through

    Monte Carlo Casino--fun to dress up and visit at night
