What are some logical and emotional reasons for adoptiong overseas?

I am giving a speech, and need Logos and Ethos to back up my issue. I am supporting overseas adoption, so if anyone has a good point or argument for either side really, please answer. Thanks!

Kids in places like China need adoption! they're being raised to earn money at extremely young ages! There are thousands of unadopted children that need experience to become sucessful in life!

they need care and a good education.

out of thousands of poor children, it will be kind to take one and give them the experience that not many of them can have.
