  1. anything high in fiber such as oatmeal will keep you full longer than a regular meal.  as a result of evolution, our body naturally demands sweets when we are hungry since they are generally high calorie.  this, a spoonful of peanut butter or honey will satisfy your appetite.  throw some on top of celery and you got yourself a healthy snack

  2. 1. Apples...eat apples they are about 100 calories and they fill you up. Contains 4-5 grams of fiber (for every gram of fiber you eliminate about 13 calories)...I call them my diet pills.

  3. Cake, icing ( try funeling it, its more healthy that way) Butter, margerine... eat alot of bread and white rice... beleive me u'll see a "massive difference" in your appearence in about a week or so

  4. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs.

  5. i love oatmeal and apples.

vinegar (like just take a spoonful) can help supress appetite.

water is also the best, because thirst and hunger come from the same area in the brain you can get confused.

any "negative cal" food i guess are good as well since they are engative cal (but they tend not to fill you up for as long)

see link below for a big list as well as reasons:

  6. This isn't a food, and I'm not trying to pass along any internet hype, but indulge in more tea. Lately, I've been drinking so much tea that I find I'm less hungry throughout the day. When I'm looking for something sweet, I go straight for my usual staples, green or peppermint tea. Also, instead of having a snack before bed, a mug of tea usually helps. I use Splenda as a sweetener (if you prefer sugar, try to use less), and I get my fix.

I hope this helps you like it helps me. :-)
