have problems with my blood pressure so i have to keep my sodium under check. What are some healthy quick meals i can eat on my lunch break? People have told me lean cuisine but they have a lot of sodium in them. I only get a thirty minute break and i need something easy. Any idea?

  1. if you go to the organic section of your local supermarket and if there is a freezer section in the organic isle look in there most organic food had low sodium options.

  2. Amy's dinners are low in sodium (among other things) and vegetarian, which is very healthy. They are more expensive than traditional frozen entrees, but they taste great!

  3. You could buy Weight Watchers frozen dinners if you like.  Why not pack a lunch of fresh veggies, cheese, crackers (low sodium  ones) a hard boiled egg, etc..

  4. Actually lean cuisine seems to have one of the lowest sodium contents for freezer meals. Make up a salad but pack everything seperatly, or left overs from dinner.

And to the first anwserer. Fast food has WAAYYY more sodium than lean cuisine meals.

  5. fast food.  to cowgirl, really???  thanks for being WAAAYYY smart!!
