joking apart, i work in banking in complaints so what exactly are you asking?.... what probs banking industry has or what probs do customers have?

banks launder drug money. especially over seas banks. if you are referring to us banks, then the consumers biggest gripe would be that a depositor is paid pennies on the dollar, while a bower pays as much as 25cents on the same money.

adjustable rate mortgage loans should have a longer fixed interest rate period prior to the first rate adjustment

option (arms) adjustable rate mortgages-option arms are loans that provide a customer different payment options-one of the options offered is a minimum payment amount which will cause the loan to amertize negatively (amertize- how the payment will be split up between principal and interest payments and how the balance will decrease over the term of the loan)
