first thing that comes to mind is "Special A" by Maki Minami

Its about a girl named Hanazono Hikari who joins an expensive school to beat her rival Takishima Kei. Takishima beat her as a young child in a wrestling match so since then, she has always tried to beat him. Takishima always seems cold to her and always hold a faceless expression. He pretty much confesses his love loads of times but she's just so dense that she doesn't realise that A) he loves her and that B) she loves him back. Its really good. I highly recommend it.

School Rumble is another interesting one but I've only read the first volume...and can't completely remember what its about...
