  2. Most meals are under 500 calories if they are healthy. But, as an example, you could have a baked potato with a huge side salad for around 200 calories, you could have a huge plate of steamed veggies sauted in garlic for next to no calories, you could try a meat substitute grilled with some seasoning and some potatoes/veggies. Really, as long as you dont go eating a load of c**p, you can pretty much make a low calorie delicious meal with little or no trouble.
