  1. Most of the children's sites you can belong to without paying a membership.  If you want them to have access to all the site offers then you pay but personally my kids only get a little time each week to goof off on the computer so why bother paying someone money when they seem to have fun with out having to have everything.  As others mentioned club penguin is a good site, webkinz, bella sara (if she likes horses) and of course there's lots to do on nickjr and disney as well.  If you search google you'll find a lot of good educational sites that have games as well.

  2. This may not actually answer your question but my girls ages 11 and 4 love the website Stardoll and it is FREE!  They can dress up famous people...very fun and entertaining.

  3. Um, club penguin is like 21.95 for 1 year. And webkniz is just the price of the animal.

  4. Discovery Jones, Girl Scouts (a lot of activities are free or low cost), Veggie Tales club.  Check out family.org

  5. Club Penguin Rocks!!

You can chat and membership is 5.95 a month.

It is completely safe because you can get banned for saying addresses, or curses.

They also have a nonmembership opinion which you play but cannot buy clothes or decorate your igloo.

Parents can also have an account to watch your children.

  6. Webkinz is really good because you just pay for the price of a stuffed animal (about $14) and one animal will last you a whole year.
