i get feelings of dispair and not being able to breath it is overwelming and i try to keep it a secret i worry about things far in the future

  2. Clear your mind, take deep breaths, and think that you are on a desert Island on your own.

  3. deep breaths, soothing thoughts, meditation daily, yoga daily, countless possibilities (including medicine.) Dont keep it a secret because one day if something were to happen to you during an episode and the doctors wouldnt know what happened and things could get worse (i'm not trying to worry you!)

  4. go to your dr and ask for clonopin

  5. Consult a therapist or psychologist.

    Try meditation or yoga.

  6. well that happens to me sometimes. for no good reason. you know what I do? i take a nap or read a book or meditate. you should learn how to meditate. go on youtube.com type in MEDITATION TECHNIQUES and you'll see a buncha good videos. trust me. btw dont click on the videos of the Korean man in a kung fu uniform that teaches yoga. he's a fraud. he'll lead you on and on and keep trying to get you to go to his webstie meditation mantra.org after yapping about some BS and keepin u on da edge of ya seat so if u see em dont watch his videos
