What are some methods to implement in a company policy to reduce hand injuries on the jobsite?

my company is rewarding the employee who has the best idea for a new way to prevent hand injuries on their jobsites (construction), whether it be abrasions, cuts, bruises, or lacerations, or even the worst case scenario..amputation.

Identifying and keeping mentally abusive people out of the work space.

safety first if moving make sure safety guards are in place and are doing what required of them..fooling about  not on site ,a qualified  first aid man,with a Leger  to record types of accidents etc,keep your eyes covered up no good if you are blind ,when you have safety gear use it if you think you need anything else thats  what the boss wants to no.........................
