What are some methods to make tennis shoes smell better?

They got wet and now they stink.

Put them in the washing machine on delicate cycle using a good detergent and let them wash by themselves or with another pair you might have.  Then let air dry, preferably with a fan going in the room.

when not wearing them put a dryer sheet in them,i throw mine in washer & just wash like a load of dirty clothes.

Throw them out, buy new ones!
