What are some most educative board games for 4 years old?

i have a 4 yrs old kid, would like to know the most educative, that will keep my active kid be sitted and enjoymost...i have heard of candyland,,,any thing else?

Chutes and ladders, Hi ho cheery-o, memory     There are not very many "educational" games for 4 year olds. But all these games help with taking turns and following the rules. Which is something great for kids to learn!

Memory is one of the best.  There are several versions now.  Also do games with Mr. Potato Head.  Make play dough and play with that.  Puzzles and blocks are good.  Some 4 year olds are ready for their first "computer", a toy really, that has lots of educational games. Consider painting and fingerpainting.   I hope this helps.
