What are some motivational/fun gifts for dance team members?

Question

As a dance team captain i would like to get little gifts for my team members throughout the season. Because i want to get the gift for each one, they need to be cheap. I would give them before/at competitions so motivating or good luck gifts are what i'm looking for. I'd also rather not buy the whole thing but create them. Things i've done in the past are:

decorated picture frames, bobby pin boxes

items with little notes

mini photo albums

i'd like something similar but fresh ideas please!

you sound like me because i have the same problem..but it depends on how many you have to make..i remember we made locker signs and put them on all the girls lockers the week of a competetion or maybe a football game like homecoming..well thats all i can think of right now..because i was gonna say like during practice one day our team has papers with each girls name on it and they put little notes on it like "kick high" or "smile" or "dance ur heart out"...and then we gave it to them right before a competition to give them good luck and motovation!!...good luck and best wishes!!

Hoodies. With the name of the dance squad and then names of people on the back. These can be done quite cheaply and I am sure that the team wouldn't even mind paying for their own actually.

How about scrunchies, tote bags (pretty cheap at craft store), rubber stamps of dancers, dollar store cosmetic bag with lip gloss or nail polish?
