  1. Besides the usual Eiffel Tower, River Sienne cruise, Moulin Rouge etc...I suggest the Galleries Laffayette department store, even just to look at the beautiful decor inside- really nice and they have fashion parades every week. One place I definately recommend is to check out the catacombs- it's sounds a bit scary but it's fantastic- it goes for about 1km underground and it is stacked full of bones taken from the graves, in about the 1700's.    It's a bit eerie but once you get over seeing the first skull, it's great and something you won't forget.  I don't want to scare you off- I definately recommend it and know you will be glad you went to see it.  Also, there is some great markets, if you get off at the Censier Daubenton train station (the pink line) not far from the church, anyone can point out the market to you.  It's good to go esspecially in the evening they have alot of great food- and if you go just before they close you get some great bargains, like cheap punnets of rasberries and other delicious fruit.  Maybe I've rambled on to much, but I am sure you will find your favourite bakeries and neighbourhoods when you are there

  2. In Paris: the Eiffel Tower, l'Arc de triomphe, Notre Dame de Paris.

    Versailles Castle

    Mont Saint Michel

    French Riviera: Nice, Cannes...

    Provence

  3. Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur, Champs Elysees, Botanical Gardens, Arc de Triumphe.....yahoo travel has a lot of good tips too!  Paris is beautiful, you'll love it!
